"Hi Nathalie,
Just though I would email you with an update on
how my pup is doing. At 5 months (almost), her
intelligence and hunting instincts are starting
to become evident. She has really started to
pick up on my verbal commands in the last 6
weeks, and is retrieving with fantastic drive
and tenacity. It's becoming clear that she has
a great pedigree. I am so pleased with her
temperament and personality, she is very
affectionate towards everyone she comes into
contact with. Despite the fact that this is my
first Lab puppy, so far Lucy has been great to
train. She was 99% house broken after about 4
weeks, even with my inexperience as a trainer.
She loves the outdoors and loves to work. It's
very exciting to see her progress! I will be
starting her with birds in the next 6 weeks, so
I will keep you updated with pictures. My
brother is so impressed, he has expressed
serious interest in purchasing a puppy from one
of Whiskey's litters.

Maya joined our family 9 months ago. We took picking
a breeder very seriously and traveled 6 hours to
visit Cowboy Up Kennel. Upon meeting Nathalie and
Arnold and seeing the incredible facility, we knew
our research had paid off. It was important to us to
meet the parents before picking a puppy. We were
amazed with every single dog. Not only were these
dogs the best looking Labs we’d ever seen, the
temperaments the dogs had, and the happiness they
showed was heart-warming. It seemed like each dog
was actually smiling. Within minutes of meeting her,
we fell in love with Maya and started the paperwork.
All dog owners say it, but Maya truly is the
smartest and most beautiful dog there is. She is
very easily trained, eager to learn, and even more
eager to please. She has the softest mouth, and the
best personality. She is obedient and kind. She
shows emotion and her eyes look into your soul. We
could not have been happier with Maya and Cowboy Up
Kennel.
We look forward to adding another Cowboy Up puppy to
our family in the future.

"She has been a great dog and definitely has
her own personality. We have just gotten her back from 6 weeks
of dog school and her temperament is just incredible but when
she gets the opportunity she loves to play and is just full of
life. She is an incredible swimmer and loves the water it
does not matter if it is a body of water or coming from our
sprinklers we cannot keep her out of it. KC and Will are
best of friends and do everything together, he cannot go
anywhere without KC right behind him. We want to thank you again
