Cowboy
Up Kennel at their expense will register the puppy
with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) in the buyers
name, and provide the buyer with registration papers
when they are received from CKC (approx. 4 to 6
mths);
This
puppy has been vaccinated with shots relevant to its
age, and has been dewormed. Cowboy Up Kennel will
guarantee the health of the puppy for 48 hours from
the time of buyer’s possession. The buyer is
encouraged by Cowboy Up Kennel to have the puppy
examined by a certified veterinarian of the buyer’s
choice at the buyer’s expense. Cowboy Up Kennel will
replace any puppy returned accompanied by a written
certificate of non-health from a certified
veterinarian. In the rare occurrence of death, an
autopsy must be preformed at the buyer’s expense. If
the death is determined to be due to a genetic
defect Cowboy Up Kennel will replace the puppy.
The
above puppy is guaranteed until 1 year of age
against genetic defects that prevent him/her from
living a normal happy life. (excluding Cherry Eye or
Allergies) If a written letter from your vet
confirms that there is a genetic defect Cowboy Up
Kennel will provide a replacement puppy (as soon as
available) providing the original puppy is either
put down or spayed/neutered at the buyer’s expense.
The
buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog in proper
physical condition, to keep all vaccinations up to
date and to provide a safe environment for the
puppy/dog. (i.e. kennel run, fenced yard etc.)
In the
event the puppy/dog is not working out and needs a
new home the buyer agrees to first contact Cowboy Up
Kennels before action is taken. Cowboy Up Kennel
will have the first chance to buy the animal back at
the original purchase price or assist in relocating
the puppy/dog to a suitable home.
Any part of
this guarantee is not transferable.
